Where are you located?
We have facilities on both sides of the country. Corporate headquarters and West Coast Production are housed in Kent, Washington. Our East Coast Production Facility is located in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. Customers in the east can reach us from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
How do I place an order?
If you become a customer, we will custom-build an easy-to-use web site through which your employees can order business cards, stationery, and other identity items. That will take about two weeks from the time all the specs are in place.
How long will it take to get my order?
When orders are placed by 12 noon PT, your cards and stationery will leave our facility within 48 hours. Shipping times will vary. Rush orders ship in 24 hours (when the order arrives by noon). In special situations, orders can be printed and shipped the same day.
How will I be billed?
Most any way you like. The billing process for each of our customers is unique and custom-designed. For more information, please see our section on Spend Management.
Tell me about quality control
As corporate identity printers, quality is what we sell. We build it into everything we do. It's why every business card goes through 43 processes before it leaves our plant. We hold each department and each employee accountable for quality.
For three decades, we've worked to find better ways of doing the things we do. As a result, our quality and consistency are second to none.
How many employees do you have?
We employ more than 60 full and part-time employees. West Coast HQ/Operations houses the majority in both administration and production. The rest live and work in the Atlanta, GA area.
